Concept to Reality

The current concept of the delivery method of the program will have the following features and objectives:

  • Online/APP related modules that are interactive to help students identify skills and interests
  • Integrated lessons that, based on the student interaction, will identify the appropriate lessons for student’s level of education as well as their interest. The concept is that while there are foundational aspects of financial education to which all students must be exposed; there are also specific concepts that should be tailored to the students interests.  This will also maintain their engagement but lead them along a path that will allow them continued success.
  • Education systems that are built with the Athlete in mind and taught in a manner similar to the methods which athletes use to develop the knowledge of their sport.
  • Follow up materials that are maintained online to which the student has access at any time. The student will build a “play book” for their career so that when the need arises to consult or open the play book, they are able to share it with their advisors and thus be able to have a better plan for their future.
  • The goal is that when Transition Occurs, the athlete no longer asks “what do I do now?”, but instead consults their playbook and simply says, “I know what I am going to do today.”
